Our Founder, Stephen Whippie, is the sole owner and operator of Media Conversion Services LLC (MCS). With over 10 years of hands-on experience, he has contributed to a broad spectrum of projects—from VVIP aircraft completions to complex mechanical installations and comprehensive technical publication packages.
Since founding MCS in 2022, Stephen has successfully supported numerous major modifications and Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs) as a Designer, an Engineer, a Technical Publications writer. Stephen is flexible and capable at accomplishing the tasks required to successfully and excellently complete the project for our clients.
Prior to MCS, Stephen held leadership roles driving engineering excellence —implementing Product Data Management (PDM) systems, authoring critical Processes and Procedures, Designing / Engineering Aircraft Systems and developing tools that enhance project efficiency and quality.
